Job summary

N-able seeks a Director, Business Systems Analysis & Portfolio Management to lead a 5-person team in the Plan phase of our Plan→Build→Sustain service model from Ottawa or Burlington hubs. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to shape priorities, governance, and data-driven roadmaps across the SaaS stack.

Key responsibilities include owning portfolio intake and prioritization, applying lean and agile practices, and mentoring talent while driving AI-enabled decision making in a 100%

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis and portfolio management, partnering with stakeholders.
• 7+ years in people leadership, building and reshaping teams.
• Hands-on experience with a 100% third-party SaaS landscape and known platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to shape priorities and roadmaps across the Lead-to-Customer journey.
• Own portfolio intake, prioritization and governance with peers, not in isolation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; drive AI-enabled decision making.
