Overview Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, responsible for mixing cocktails and pouring drinks to ensure our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They build relationships through conversation and situational serving, championing a fun and safe work environment, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

What does a successful Bartender look like?

• Maintains composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Builds relationships with regulars by knowing their names and chatting about sports
• Mixes all drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Champions the 'Foundations of Hospitality,' Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure quick drink service
