Job summary

TD Canada Trust, a segment of TD Bank Group, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support branch customers with transactions and product guidance. You will process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and refer customers to appropriate TD partners while maintaining a friendly, accurate and compliant service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and bill payments per procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage customers professionally to deliver a positive experience.
