TD Canada Trust in Brockville, Ontario is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and inquiries. You will assess customer needs and propose suitable banking solutions while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of service.

You will work in a fast-paced branch environment, coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Training will be provided to support growth and performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions with accuracy per procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Respond to customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate as needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely.
• Build rapport with customers and clearly explain banking solutions.
• Support a positive work environment and participate in personal performance development.
• Assist the team by staying organized and keeping colleagues updated on routine activities.
• Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements where possible.
