Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator able to interact with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
