TD Canada Trust in Terrace, British Columbia, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to help customers with deposits, withdrawals and advice on banking solutions. You will process transactions accurately and deliver a positive customer experience.

This role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced branch environment. A High School diploma and MS Office skills are expected, with growth opportunities within TD's Total Rewards

Competenze

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and internet.
Detail oriented with ability to handle changing priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication with customers.

Mansioni

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.
Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately.
Engage with customers to explain banking processes clearly and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
