• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures; escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly and appropriately.
• Promote a positive and equitable work environment while supporting personal development.
• Collaborate with teammates and keep status updates on routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements where possible.
