Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A proactive communicator with calm, courteous, effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions and advise accordingly.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate as needed.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals and complete processes accurately and timely.
• Build rapport with customers and provide clear guidance on banking solutions.
• Foster an inclusive, positive work environment and support team performance.
• Keep colleagues informed on routine activities and provide timely updates.
