Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per procedures.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve assigned goals and complete processes timely and accurately.
• Connect with customers to explain banking processes and solutions clearly.
• Assist the team and support a positive, respectful work environment.
