Qualifications

  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Initiative, accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
  • Dynamic communicator with strong customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions and exercise discretion.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
  • Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely.
  • Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.
  • Support team by promoting inclusivity and keeping colleagues updated.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
