Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions with discretion on confidential matters.
• Resolve inquiries using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage with customers to provide clear and appropriate guidance on banking processes.
• Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
• Assist the team by staying informed on routine activities and updating colleagues on status.
• Contribute to operational excellence by suggesting improvements where applicable.
