Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Go-getter with initiative and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate as needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Build rapport with customers and advise on banking solutions clearly.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
• Support the team by staying coordinated and updating status of routine activities.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
