Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter with initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
• A dynamic communicator with customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes on time.
• Advise customers on banking solutions and processes.
• Support team with a positive, diverse and equitable work environment.
• Ensure colleagues are updated on routine activities status.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
