Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
A dynamic communicator with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Process daily customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per procedures and Code of Conduct.
Identify customer needs and advise banking solutions accordingly.
Resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
Help achieve branch goals by promoting banking products and completing tasks accurately and timely.
Engage with customers to explain processes and banking solutions clearly.
Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment within the team.
Keep coworkers updated on status of routine activities and assist teammates.
