Job summary

You will engage with customers, resolve concerns, and promote TD products, aiming for efficient, accurate transactions and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Understand customer needs to recommend solutions and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes on time.
• Build rapport with customers and advise on banking solutions clearly.
• Support a positive, diverse work environment and participate in performance development.
• Assist the team by staying dedicated and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
