Job summary

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate processing, resolve concerns, and promote banking solutions, contributing to a positive customer experience. Prior experience with MS Office and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented.
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills.
