RBC in Mission, BC is seeking a Client Advisor who uses a client-first mindset to help customers with everyday banking. You will educate clients on digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer opportunities to specialists to deliver meaningful experiences.

You will collaborate with branch partners to grow relationships, drive sales, and provide trusted guidance across a full range of financial transactions. This role emphasizes exceptional service and community focus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
• Proven problem-solving and people skills to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs and identify sales and referral opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales.
• Respond to client-initiated inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen actively to understand client needs and resolve or prevent banking problems.
