Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• CSI certificate in Financial Services Advice (Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).
• Goal-oriented with a client-first approach.
• Problem-solving and people skills with relationship-building.
• Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in branch and community, uncovering banking needs and referral opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate using technology to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Respond to client inquiries with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and goals.
• Own and prevent client banking problems and provide solutions.
• Build relationships with partners to leverage business opportunities and referrals.
