Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs and referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen to understand clients' individual needs.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for referrals and opportunities.
