RBC Financial Advisor position in Canada is focused on attracting, nurturing, and growing relationships with high-value personal and small business clients. You will deliver proactive advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit, while collaborating with RBC partners to support clients' goals and life events.

You will build trust, educate clients on credit and investments, and champion digital tools, guiding clients to engage via their channel of choice.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Completed DFSA designation (Canada except Quebec) or equivalent.
• Quebec: Certificate of Achievement - Personal Finance, Investment and Taxation Fundamentals - Quebec, Insurance and Retirement - Quebec.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, handling credit and investments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in all interactions.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to address clients' personal and business goals.
• Provide education on complex credit and investments and ensure suitable recommendations.
