• Provide clients with recruitment and labour-market insights.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to offer.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and employers.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and hiring conditions.
• Build your sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
