• Managing candidates: source, screen, and interview; build a talent pipeline.
• Business Development: build and nurture client relationships and advise on market trends.
• Process Management: manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including postings and negotiations.
• Market Insights: stay updated on industry trends to provide value to clients and candidates.

• Managing candidates: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Develop and maintain your talent pipeline in the long term.
