Job Title: B2B Event Producer at Mosaic North America

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead our Commercial Events (B2B) portfolio. As an Events Producer, you will design and produce events and conferences for top global clients.

Your responsibilities include leading the planning, production, and execution of various regional and national events, managing and coaching a team of Event Managers and Coordinators, and supporting the Director to meet business objectives and foster growth.

Ideal candidates are passionate, organized, thrive under pressure, and excel in communication. They should have a proactive approach and a strong focus on building trust and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Design event experiences by collaborating with Creative Directors and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage your team to achieve excellence in event delivery.
• Vet and manage vendors for aspects like A/V, staging, catering, and activations.
• Plan conferences including agendas, speakers, scripts, and AV management.
• Oversee onsite event management, technical production, and floor direction.
• Advise clients on program development and help achieve their business goals.
• Provide weekly updates and conduct program reviews.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring on-budget execution.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups, including debriefs, reports, and billing.

• Experience working cross-functionally with excellent relationship-building skills.
