DESCRIPTION

B2B Senior Event Producer

Mosaic is a leading North American integrated agency, specializing in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing.

As a B2B Senior Event Producer, Conferences, you will be key in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for leading clients, while coaching and mentoring your team. You should have a passion for execution excellence, be detail-oriented, possess an owner’s mindset, and be excited to lead a team.

Your hands-on approach will be essential in providing insight and strategy to improve and grow programs. You will build trust-based relationships through innovation and consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Responsibilities:

1. People management of team (manage up and down)
2. Event production – technical show production, live event planning, execution, and wrap-up
3. Vendor management, contracting, and technical needs coordination
4. Conference production – agenda planning, speaker and talent booking, scriptwriting, content strategy and design, AV vendor management
5. Registration management – understanding attendee journeys for both live and virtual events, and program development accordingly
6. Manage all finances for a client group or department, ensuring margin targets are met
7. People development focusing on long-term growth
8. Effective time management for self and team
9. Maintain high client interaction with professional communication skills
10. Provide weekly status updates on programs and personnel, and conduct client reviews

LES QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

1. You must love event production
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in conferences, tradeshows, and large-scale productions
3. Excellent client relationship skills with strong production knowledge
4. Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
5. Proficient in floor planning software and familiar with registration tools
6. Strong business acumen, especially in budgeting
7. Mentoring management style
8. Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve issues efficiently
9. Solid written and verbal communication skills

11. Use of vehicle for client meetings or on-site event delivery
