B2B Senior Event Producer

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing.

As a B2B Senior Event Producer, Conferences, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for leading clients, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to your team. You should have a passion for executing with excellence, be detail-oriented, possess an owner's mindset, and be excited to lead a team.

Your hands-on approach will be required to provide insight and strategy on how to improve and grow programs. You will build trust-based relationships, focusing on innovation and consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• People management of team (manage up and down)
• Event production – technical show production, live event planning, execution, and wrap-up
• Vendor management, contracting, and technical needs coordination
• Conference production – agenda planning, speaker and talent booking, scriptwriting, content strategy and design, AV vendor management
• Registration management – understanding attendee journeys for both live and virtual events
• Manage finances for client groups or departments, responsible for margin targets
• People development with a focus on long-term growth
• Effective time management for self and team
• High client interaction with professional communication skills
• Weekly status updates on program results and personnel, client reviews

Qualifications

• Passion for event production
• 5-7+ years experience in conferences, tradeshows, or large-scale productions
• Excellent client relationship skills and strong production knowledge
• Problem-solving attitude with solutions focus
• Proficiency in floor planning software and registration tools
• Strong business acumen, especially in budgeting
