DESCRIPTION

B2B Senior Event Producer

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing.

As a B2B Senior Event Producer, Conferences, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for leading clients, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to your team. You should have a passion for executing with excellence, be detail-oriented, have an owner's mindset, and be excited to drive a team.

Your “hands-on” approach will be required to provide direct insight and strategy on how to improve and grow the programs. You will build a relationship based on trust, innovation, and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Responsibilities:

1. People Management of team (manage up and down)
2. Event Production – Technical show production and direction, live event production including planning, execution, and wrap-up
3. Vendor management, contracting, and advancing on technical needs
4. Conference Production – Agenda planning, Speaker + Talent Booking, scriptwriting, presentation content strategy and design, AV vendor management
5. Registration management – understanding the attendee journey in both live and virtual settings and building programs accordingly
6. Manage all finances for a given client group or department, responsible for margin target delivery
7. People Development with a focus on long-term growth
8. Effective time management of self and others
9. High client interaction with professional communication with corporate audiences
10. Weekly status updates on program results and personnel, client program reviews mid and end of program

LES QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

1. You must love event production
2. Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in conferences, tradeshows, and large-scale productions
3. Excellent client relationship skills with superior production knowledge; able to lead client status meetings, walk through floorplans, registration software, and scenic design confidently
4. Problem-solving and solutions-oriented attitude; ability to troubleshoot potential issues without immediately saying no
5. Proficient in floor planning software; understands registration tools and can work across systems
6. Strong business acumen, especially in budgeting
7. Mentoring management style, focused on coaching and team success
8. Ability to handle high-stress situations with effective problem-solving
9. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for high engagement with clients and vendors
10. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
11. Use of a vehicle for client meetings or on-site event delivery
12. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on program needs
