Description

Mosaic seeks an experienced Event Producer to lead our Commercial Events (B2B) portfolio, designing and producing events and conferences for top clients like Rogers, Shopify, Facebook, and Google.

Responsibilities

1. Design event experiences, collaborating with Creative Directors and vendors.
2. Manage and mentor a team of Event Managers and Coordinators.
3. Oversee vendor management for event elements such as A/V, staging, catering, and activations.
4. Plan conferences, including agenda setting, speaker booking, and content strategy.
5. Manage onsite event production, technical shows, and stage management.
6. Consult with clients on program development and manage program elements to meet business goals.
7. Provide weekly updates and conduct program reviews.
8. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring programs are executed within financial parameters.
9. Conduct post-event follow-ups for continuous improvement.

• Use of vehicle for meetings and site visits.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and teams.
• Experience with clients in Tech or Communications is a plus.
