Job summary

StandardAero is hiring a Technical Training Systems Coordinator to manage employee training records, qualification data, and training matrices across multiple sites. The role focuses on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process improvements in training systems.

You will support OJT, qualification processes, and system updates while collaborating with site teams. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years in training records, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years experience maintaining employee training records, qualification records, skills matrices, or similar information.
• Basic understanding of OJT, employee qualification, and recurrent training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee training, qualification, competency, and authorization records in approved systems.
• Maintain and update training, qualification, skills, and job-function matrices.
• Monitor records for accuracy, completion, and expiration; identify and follow up on gaps.
• Support OJT and qualification processes, including task assignments, trainer/evaluator information, employee progress, and records.
