Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Training Center Operations and Standards Leader to act on behalf of the Head of Training within assigned Training Center(s).

You will oversee the local delivery of aviation training, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive standardization across programs while coordinating with multiple departments and leadership. The role requires experience in aviation training management, regulatory authorities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have aviation ops management experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local delivery of training in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor training quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with local leadership and staff to identify operational needs and support from Head of Training.
• Support change management and standardization across local programs.
• Participate in client training activities and maintain instructor currency in assigned aircraft model.
