Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator and Training Logistics professional to join our Montreal team. You will oversee training populations, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate access to training environments.

You will interface with IT, Security/IAM, and platform teams to resolve issues, manage calendars, rooms, invitations, and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience managing project plans and trackers.
• Coordinate calendars, rooms, invitations, attendance.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written English with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training populations and cohorts, including tracking participant lists, attendance, and completion records.
• Coordinate access to training environments and generic account creation; manage RITM and NSSR requests.
• Coordinate with PLM Platform, Security/IAM, and IT teams for issue resolution and escalation.
• Facilitate planning and logistics for training sessions.
• Produce concise status reports and clear escalation communications.
