Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and listen to understand vehicle concerns.
• Confirm service coverage or warranties and communicate next steps.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Create detailed work orders reflecting client input and diagnostics.
• Keep clients informed with updates, timelines and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate service records and align with service standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
