Steele Auto Group is hiring a Service Advisor for Steele Mazda Halifax. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable contact for customers throughout their service journey, assisting with routine maintenance and complex repairs.

What you'll do:

• Identify automotive performance problems and services by using excellent communication skills
• Handles all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Notifies customers immediately upon receiving inspect and report results
• Staying organized and documenting all repairs and service details.
• Notifies customers of any delays or changes in delivery
• Keeping your knowledge fresh with up-to-date training and manufacturer updates.
• Pitching in wherever needed and always looking for way to support your team.
