Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear options for customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to write accurate repair orders.
• Willing to participate in online training and travel for events as needed.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
