400 Chrysler is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the bridge between customers and technicians. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, translate them into repair orders, and provide accurate estimates.

You’ll communicate with technicians to ensure timely workflow and keep customers informed throughout the service process. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to explain technical information clearly, and solid organizational abilities.

• Experience in automotive service advisory is preferred.
