Qualifications

Prior experience in automotive service writing or a similar customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid understanding of automotive parts and repair processes.
Proficiency with CRM systems and business software.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries regarding repairs and maintenance with transparency and expertise.
Manage appointment bookings and coordinate with shop foreman for timely turnaround.
Explain repair processes and provide accurate cost estimates.
Help customers develop long-term maintenance plans to extend vehicle life.
