Job summary

Orillia Chevrolet is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience at our busy Orillia dealership.

You will guide customers through shopping and purchase processes, learn product details quickly, and work with the Finance Manager to support smooth transactions. Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, and a valid driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre-owned Chevrolet inventory.
• Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers.
• Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays.
• Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first approach.
