Job summary

400 Chrysler in Innisfil, Ontario is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will greet customers, translate concerns into clear repair orders, and provide accurate service estimates.

Work with technicians to ensure timely workflow, keep customers informed, and promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with service management software.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
