Overview

Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a new and pre-owned dealership located in Bracebridge. We also offer a large inventory of parts as well as financing and expert repairs. We take pride in our outstanding customer service to all sales and service customers.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process
  • Present vehicle options, features, and benefits
  • Negotiate sales and close deals in a professional and transparent manner
  • Handle online, phone, and in-person sales inquiries with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Other duties as required by management
Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service (automotive experience is an asset)
  • Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and financing options
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team
  • Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • OMVIC License (or willingness to obtain)

  • Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday; Rotational Saturdays
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year; Commission pay; This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and commission earnings
