Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using the repair management system.
• Process insurance assignments in a timely manner.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Manage rental car information for customers.
