Job summary

Aviva Canada, operating the Aviva AutoCare Centre, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga collision repair facility. You will be the face of the shop, delivering exceptional service while coordinating repairs, parts, and transportation to ensure vehicles are collected, repaired, and returned on time.

You will engage with customers, uphold brand integrity, and contribute to a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in collision repair industry preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair insurance principles is an asset.
• Proficiency with body shop management systems; Body Shop Connect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer satisfaction by prioritizing duties and coordinating with site leaders.
• Provide repair updates to customers via face-to-face, email, phone, or text.
• Collect excess payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve customer queries professionally with a customer-first approach.
• Commit to continuous improvement within the operation.
• Safely handle customer vehicles, including pickup, transport to fulfillment centre, and return.
• Make decisions that positively impact the site and customers and raise issues when needed.
• Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals.
