Job summary

- Effective verbal and written communication and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
- Manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
- Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system.
- Process insurance assignments in a timely manner.
- Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
- Log communications with customers or partners in the system and maintain accuracy.
