Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring high quality and strong NPS.
