After sharing your knowledge, you return to your initial project… until you receive a call from the maintenance department. One of our factories is down due to a technical issue. Without hesitation, you head to the factory floor and work closely with the maintenance team to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem.

Back at your workstation, you refocus on your main project. You carefully select the automation components to use. You quickly find all the necessary documentation online and familiarize yourself with it. After validating everything, you update the electrical schematics, correct inconsistencies, eliminate potential safety risks, and communicate with your colleagues to ensure the project timeline is respected and any issues are addressed promptly.

With the schematics and components in hand, you program the PLC, configure the drives, and integrate the safety devices. Although the physical machine is still under construction, you visualize its operation, refine the program, and ensure that all elements will integrate perfectly once assembly is complete.

Throughout the day, you juggle strategic planning, technical problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure the project’s success!
