Job Description / Duties

• Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information
• Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs
• Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance polices
• Maintain MPI & office inventory
• Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Customer Service Experience, in the Insurance Industry or similar
• Hold a Level 1 or higher license, or have completed Fundamentals of Insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word & Outlook
• Applied Epic experience preferred but not a requirement
• Experience in processing Autopac transactions and good knowledge of the IWS System preferred, but not required
