Job Overview

The Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The coordinator verifies the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
  • Work with vendors to order and receive all parts in a timely manner.
  • Enter all parts invoices into the information system.
  • Label, track and organize all parts accordingly.
  • Communicate all parts price changes to required team members.
  • Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received.
  • Post and file/scanned invoices and credit memos promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
  • Apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring high work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices.
  • Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google platform.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools.
  • Lift in excess of 50 lbs of materials.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation

Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 per year.

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
