The Role

We are seeking an Associate Director, Insights & Client Delivery to join our leadership team. This role will work directly with the CEO & Founder, a recognized thought leader in the global FinTech industry, and play a central role in delivering insights, shaping strategy conversations, and engaging senior executives.

What You\'ll Do

Client Delivery & Executive Engagement

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Deliver clear, compelling, and polished presentations to C-suite and senior executives.
• Engage clients to deeply understand their research needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.

Insights & Research Leadership

• Collaborate with Senior Research Analyst to develop high-impact reports on FinTech and financial innovation.
• Analyze developments across banking, payments, open finance, AI, embedded finance, and SME ecosystems.
• Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure deliverables are visually impactful.
• Act as a bridge between research, design, and client delivery.
• Mentor junior team members, while receiving direct mentorship from the CEO.

Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Support sales initiatives with tailored decks and briefing materials.
• Contribute to thought-leadership content for newsletters, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Represent Fathom4Sight externally at conferences and panels.

• Strong analytical and research skills; able to distill complexity into clarity.
• Skilled storyteller who combines data, visuals, and insights into compelling narratives.

• Curious, ambitious, and eager to make a real impact in financial services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master\'s is a bonus) - or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in consulting, strategy, research, client delivery, or financial services (FinTech exposure preferred).
• What matters most is your ability to

analyze trends, present insights with clarity, and communicate compelling stories

that resonate with senior executives.

• Proven track record of executive presentations and client engagement.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills; experience with design teams a plus.
• Marketing / sales enablement experience is an asset.
