As the Associate Channel Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within your assigned retail channels, using the Triple Win model to drive value for customers, the company, and shoppers alike. You’ll take ownership of the integrated activity plan, translating strategy into action by developing and cascading execution standards for distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing (DSMP). Your analytical skills will be key as you support Channel Managers and the Director with insights drawn from Nielsen data and sales inputs, helping to shape decisions around distribution, pricing, promotions, and displays. You’ll also lead the development and release of key seasonal materials, including the summer deck, Translations, Seasonal Demand Template, Seasonal Catalogue, and Merchandiser Calendar.
This position is hybrid and will be based in our Canada Commercial office in North York.
