Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Saskatchewan, Prince Albert, to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role acts as Manager on Duty during the Store Manager’s absence.

You will help with staff supervision, merchandising, training, and performance management, contributing to a stimulating and competitive team environment. Eligible for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staff management.
• Help with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Perform cash management and store opening/closing duties.
• Assign tasks and ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
