Dollarama in Almonte, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

Key duties include assisting with operations and staff management, merchandising, stocking, coaching employees, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The position requires at least two years of retail experience and supervisory experience, with open

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
