Dollarama in Selkirk, Manitoba is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will lead staff, contribute to merchandising, training, and safety standards while delivering a positive, fast-paced shopping experience for customers and building a strong team.

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
